Salary Improvement Program (SIP)

Longview Application – SIP Planning  – Please contact Rose Wright

  • March 1st – Set SIP Eligibility based on hire date by February 28th.
  • March 7th – SIP Rosters sent to HR Director/Budget Finance Manager
  • April 19th – 24th– SIP Rosters – Completed and returned to UBO in the same format as received
    • No SIP Award for eligible employee must include a note ( Terminated, Performance related, Included in offer, etc)
  • June 18th (tentative) SIP Award Loaded to Workday
    • Pre-load validation and fall out to be shared
