- March 1st – Set SIP Eligibility based on hire date by February 28th.
- March 8th – SIP Rosters sent to HR Director/Budget Finance Manager
- April 19th – 21st – SIP Rosters – Completed and returned to UBO in the same format as received
- No SIP Award for eligible employee must include a note ( Terminated, Performance related, Included in offer, etc)
- June 14th (tentative) SIP Award Loaded to Workday
- Pre-load validation and fall out to be shared
