The Division of Budget and Planning maintains a Tableau-based Financial Dashboard and Forecasting Tool to assist Colleges and Units with Mid-Year Forecasts, a standardized format for the Budget Meetings and financial discussions between the Colleges and the Division. The data is updated monthly for operating financials from the KDW data warehouse.
Security for the report is maintained separately from KFS and as such user access is limited to three users per College/Unit, with College/Unit Officers and College/Unit Budget Directors being required to have access and counted in the three user limit.
