March 1 Set SIP Eligibility based on hire date by February 28
March 4 SIP Rosters sent to HR Director/Budget Finance Manager
April 25 – 28 SIP Rosters – Completed and returned to UBO in the same format as received
No SIP Award for eligible employee must include a note ( Terminated, Performance related, Included in offer, etc)
June 17 (tentative) SIP Award Loaded to Workday
