This Template identifies the most common considerations for management and operating decisions in shared academic buildings on the Ithaca campus. It is intended to inform discussions and development of protocols that will ultimately be unique for each building and its major occupants. No shared academic building is required to have an Agreement in place regarding management and operating decisions. However, should the occupants desire to document a shared understanding, this agreement is the preferred starting point.
